Red Hat Security Advisory: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI 3.3.5
Severity
Important
Notes
Topic: Updated Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI 3.3.5 container images are now available.
Details: Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® AI is a foundation model platform to seamlessly develop, test, and run Granite family large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
This update provides the latest Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI 3.3.5 container images.
For a full list of changes in this release, see the Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI Release Notes linked in the References section.

A flaw was found in Go's `crypto/x509` package. A remote attacker could exploit this by presenting a specially crafted certificate chain containing a large number of policy mappings. This inefficient validation process consumes excessive resources, which can lead to a denial of service (DoS) for applications or systems performing certificate validation.

A flaw was found in the cryptography library. This vulnerability occurs when a non-contiguous buffer is passed to certain application programming interfaces (APIs) that accept Python buffers, such as Hash.update(). A remote attacker could exploit this to cause a buffer overflow, potentially leading to a denial of service.
