Title
sctp: fix a potential overflow in sctp_ifwdtsn_skip
Summary
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sctp: fix a potential overflow in sctp_ifwdtsn_skip
Currently, when traversing ifwdtsn skips with _sctp_walk_ifwdtsn, it only
checks the pos against the end of the chunk. However, the data left for
the last pos may be < sizeof(struct sctp_ifwdtsn_skip), and dereference
it as struct sctp_ifwdtsn_skip may cause coverflow.
This patch fixes it by checking the pos against "the end of the chunk -
sizeof(struct sctp_ifwdtsn_skip)" in sctp_ifwdtsn_skip, similar to
sctp_fwdtsn_skip.

No race or uncontrollable memory layout is required.\nPR:N - Exploitation needs only being the remote SCTP peer of a service that accepts associations with interleaving enabled; no local account, capability, or authenticated privilege on the victim is required.\nUI:N - The attacker initiates the association and sends the malformed I-FWD-TSN; no additional victim action (mount, open, click) is required at exploit time.\nS:U - The out-of-bounds read and any resulting fault stay within the same host kernel authority and do not cross a VM, IOMMU, or sandbox boundary.\nC:L - The walk can read up to 7 bytes past the chunk (and past skb_tail_pointer into adjacent/uninitialized kernel memory). That is a real OOB read but strictly bounded to a few bytes and those bytes are only used as stream/mid/flags internally, not returned to the attacker.\nI:N - The defect is an out-of-bounds read only; stream IDs are still bounds-checked against incnt before use, and there is no OOB write or memory-corruption write primitive. Any stream-skip side effects are within what a peer can already do with a well-formed I-FWD-TSN.\nA:H - Reading past skb_tail_pointer into unmapped or invalid memory can oops/panic the kernel, and a remote peer can trigger this repeatedly on a vulnerable interleaving-enabled association."

No race or uncontrollable memory layout is required.\nPR:N - Exploitation needs only being the remote SCTP peer of a service that accepts associations with interleaving enabled; no local account, capability, or authenticated privilege on the victim is required.\nUI:N - The attacker initiates the association and sends the malformed I-FWD-TSN; no additional victim action (mount, open, click) is required at exploit time.\nS:U - The out-of-bounds read and any resulting fault stay within the same host kernel authority and do not cross a VM, IOMMU, or sandbox boundary.\nC:L - The walk can read up to 7 bytes past the chunk (and past skb_tail_pointer into adjacent/uninitialized kernel memory). That is a real OOB read but strictly bounded to a few bytes and those bytes are only used as stream/mid/flags internally, not returned to the attacker.\nI:N - The defect is an out-of-bounds read only; stream IDs are still bounds-checked against incnt before use, and there is no OOB write or memory-corruption write primitive. Any stream-skip side effects are within what a peer can already do with a well-formed I-FWD-TSN.\nA:H - Reading past skb_tail_pointer into unmapped or invalid memory can oops/panic the kernel, and a remote peer can trigger this repeatedly on a vulnerable interleaving-enabled association."
