Title
ThorVG: Null pointer dereference in SVG loader causes crash via 6-byte malformed input
Summary
Thor Vector Graphics (ThorVG) is a production-ready vector graphics engine. Prior to version 1.0.5, a null pointer dereference in SvgLoader::run() allows any caller that passes untrusted SVG data to Picture::load() to crash the process with a 6-byte payload. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.5.

Title
ESF-IDF: Remote Null Pointer Dereference in WebSocket Server
Summary
ESF-IDF is the Espressif Internet of Things (IOT) Development Framework. In versions 5.2.6, 5.3.5, 5.4.4, 5.5.4, and 6.0, a NULL-pointer dereference exists in the WebSocket subprotocol-negotiation path of the esp_http_server component. While parsing the client-supplied Sec-WebSocket-Protocol request header during the WebSocket handshake, the tokenisation result is dereferenced without a NULL check, so a malformed header value can crash the server before any application-level authentication runs. This issue has been patched in versions 5.2.7, 5.3.6, 5.4.5, 5.5.5, and 6.0.1.

Title
MapServer: NULL pointer dereference in SLD `<ElseFilter>` rule parsing reachable via WMS `SLD_BODY`
Summary
MapServer is a system for developing web-based GIS applications. From 6.4.0 to before 8.6.3, msSLDParseUserStyle always calls _SLDApplyRuleValues(psRule, psLayer, 1); for any <Rule> carrying <ElseFilter/> — it assumes msSLDParseRule added one class. When the rule has no symbolizer (a structurally valid SLD), msSLDParseRule adds zero, and _SLDApplyRuleValues ends up indexing _class[-1], resulting in a NULL pointer dereference. Title
OpenSIPS: Denial of service in presence.handle_publish() from unchecked Content-Type state
Summary
OpenSIPS is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server implementation. Versions 3.4.0 through 3.6.5 contain a denial of service vulnerability in the presence module. When the presence module's handle_publish() function processes a SIP PUBLISH request with an Event: presence header and a message body while the configuration option enable_sphere_check=1 is set, it invokes the get_content_type() macro without first calling parse_content_type_hdr(), causing it to dereference uninitialized or NULL Content-Type parsing state and crash. If a Content-Type header is present but unparsed, msg->content_type->parsed is NULL and is dereferenced as a content_t pointer; if the request lacks a Content-Type header entirely, msg->content_type itself is NULL, and both cases lead to a crash. A remote attacker can therefore cause a denial of service against an affected instance with a single PUBLISH request over UDP or TCP, using either a valid Content-Type: application/pidf+xml request or one with the header removed, and the vulnerable code path itself does not enforce authentication (though a deployment's routing configuration may require it before this route is reached). The issue has been fixed in version 3.6.6 and 4.0.0-rc1.

pam_usb: NULL pointer dereference from UDisks device fields causes PAM crash and login denial-of-service
Summary
pam_usb provides hardware authentication for Linux using ordinary removable media. Prior to 0.8.7, src/device.c passed the return values of udisks_drive_get_serial(), udisks_drive_get_vendor(), and udisks_drive_get_model() directly to strcmp() without NULL checks. The GIO/UDisks API documentation states these accessors can return NULL for devices that do not expose the corresponding field. Passing NULL to strcmp() is undefined behaviour (typically a SIGSEGV). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.7.

libsixel: NULL pointer dereference
Summary
libsixel is a SIXEL encoder/decoder implementation derived from kmiya's sixel. From to 1.8.7-r1, a wrong NULL check after an allocation call in sixel_decode_raw and sixel_decode causes a NULL pointer dereference whenever the allocation fails. The check tests the address of the output parameter (always non-NULL) instead of the value the malloc returned. On allocation failure, the function continues and writes through a NULL pointer, crashing the process. This is a denial of service against any caller of these public APIs that hits a low-memory condition. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.8.7-r2.

Title
ONNX: Null Pointer Dereference in Upsample Version Converter Adapter (Zero Inputs)
Summary
Open Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) is an open standard for machine learning interoperability. From 1.9.0 before 1.22.0, onnx.version_converter.convert_version() can dereference a null pointer in Upsample_6_7::adapt_upsample_6_7() in onnx/version_converter/adapters/upsample_6_7.h when processing an untrusted model with an Upsample node that has zero inputs, causing an unrecoverable denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.22.0.

When working with a multithreaded or otherwise asynchronous environment, ensure that proper locking APIs are used to lock before the check, and unlock when it has finished [REF-1484].
