Vulnerability from variot - Updated: 2025-04-11 19:57WebKit in Apple Safari before 6.0 does not properly handle Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) property values, which allows remote attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy via a crafted web site. WebKit is prone to a remote information-disclosure vulnerability. Successful exploits may allow attackers to gain access to sensitive information. Information obtained may lead to further attacks. Note: This issue was previously discussed in BID 54669 (Apple Safari Prior to 6.0 Multiple Security Vulnerabilities), but has been given its own record to better document it. Apple Apple Safari is a web browser developed by Apple (Apple), and is the default browser included with Mac OS X and iOS operating systems. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass the same-origin policy via a specially crafted website
