Vulnerability from fkie_nvd - Published: 2025-02-26 07:01 - Updated: 2026-06-17 05:18
Severity
Summary
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
mtd: rawnand: denali: Use managed device resources
All of the resources used by this driver has managed interfaces, so use
them. Otherwise we will get the following splat:
[ 4.472703] denali-nand-pci 0000:00:05.0: timeout while waiting for irq 0x1000
[ 4.474071] denali-nand-pci: probe of 0000:00:05.0 failed with error -5
[ 4.473538] nand: No NAND device found
[ 4.474068] BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: ffffc90005000410
[ 4.475169] #PF: supervisor write access in kernel mode
[ 4.475579] #PF: error_code(0x0002) - not-present page
[ 4.478362] RIP: 0010:iowrite32+0x9/0x50

Drag nodes to arrange them. Double-click a related vulnerability to open it, or a source to visit its link. The Physics button on the left tunes the layout and the simulation; the legend at the bottom left hides or shows nodes by kind and by sighting type.
Experimental. This forecast is provided for visualization only and may change without notice. Do not use it for operational decisions.
Forecast uses a logistic model when the trend is rising, or an exponential decay model when the trend is falling. Fitted via linearized least squares.

The MITRE ATT&CK techniques below are AI-generated suggestions, inferred from the description of the
vulnerability by the CIRCL/vulnerability-attack-technique-classification-roberta-base
model, served locally by ML-Gateway.
They have not been verified by an analyst and are provided for guidance only.
The approach is described in our paper Mapping CVEs to MITRE ATT&CK Techniques: A Curated Gold-Set Classifier and the Limits of LLM-Assisted Label Expansion.

Vulnerabilities whose description is nearest to this one in the vector space of the CIRCL/vulnerability-attack-technique-biencoder model. This is a similarity search over the bi-encoder space (plain cosine), not a classification, and it has no measured accuracy.
