VideoLAN VLC avcodec拒绝服务漏洞

Description

VideoLAN VLC media player是法国VideoLAN组织开发的一款免费、开源的跨平台多媒体播放器（也是一个多媒体框架）。该产品支持播放多种介质（文件、光盘等）、多种音视频格式（WMV, MP3等）等。avcodec是其中的一个avi格式视频解码器。 VideoLAN VLC media player 2017-06-29之前的2.2.7-x版本中使用的avcodec 2.2.x版本存在安全漏洞，该漏洞源于程序使用错误的值来调用‘memcpy()’函数。攻击者可利用该漏洞造成拒绝服务（越边界堆内存写入和应用程序崩溃）或执行代码。
