CVE-2026-69262 (GCVE-0-2026-69262)

Title
Flowise: `DELETE /api/v1/chatflows/:id` does not validate resource type, allowing `agentflows:delete` and `chatflows:delete` to delete each other’s flow type
Summary
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, `DELETE /api/v1/chatflows/:id` authorized requests with checkAnyPermission('chatflows:delete, agentflows:delete'), so possession of either permission was sufficient to reach the delete path. The delete logic then resolved the target record only by id and workspaceId and did not validate the target resource type, allowing a caller with only agentflows:delete to delete a CHATFLOW and a caller with only chatflows:delete to delete an AGENTFLOW in the same workspace. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3.

Title
Cachet 2.4.1 Authenticated Server-Side Template Injection RCE
Summary
Cachet through 2.4.1 contains a server-side template injection vulnerability in incident template rendering that allows authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code. Attackers can create malicious incident templates with Blade directives or Twig filters that execute system commands when incidents are created, achieving remote code execution as the web server process.

Title
Apache NiFi: Authorization Bypass for Parameter Context Asset Deletion
Summary
Apache NiFi 2.0.0 through 2.10.0 support creating, reading, and deleting Assets associated with Parameter Contexts through the REST API. The framework authorizes asset deletion against the owning Parameter Context using the supplied Parameter Context Identifier and Asset Identifier. The framework performed authorized based on the supplied Parameter Context Identifier without verifying the requested Identifier against the stored Identifier. Apache NiFi installations that do not implement different levels of authorization across Parameter Contexts are not subject to this vulnerability, because the framework enforces write permissions as the security boundary. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.11.0 is the recommended mitigation, which verifies Parameter Context ownership of the requested Asset before deletion using the same strategy applied to Asset read operations.

Title
Vikunja 0.22.0 through 2.3.0 Authentication Bypass via Principal ID Collision
Summary
Vikunja versions 0.22.0 through 2.3.0 fail to validate the principal type in API token management. Because user IDs and link-share IDs are independent numeric sequences and both resolve through a generic web.Auth.GetID() interface, a link-share JWT whose numeric ID equals a target user's ID is treated as that user by the /api/v1/tokens endpoints. An authenticated attacker can obtain a target's numeric user ID via authenticated user search, then create link shares on an attacker-writable project until the link-share sequence reaches that value, and use the resulting link-share JWT to list, create, and delete the target user's API tokens (including issuing a new token with attacker-chosen scopes under the target's permissions). Fixed in version 2.4.0.

Title
Wekan: a low-privilege board member escalates to board admin and takes over a private board via the `sort` collection-allow rule
Summary
Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. Prior to 9.89, the second Boards.allow({ update }) rule in server/permissions/boards.js called canUpdateBoardSort in server/lib/utils.js, which authorized any board member whenever fieldNames included sort. Because Meteor combines allow rules with OR semantics and applies the complete modifier, a comment-only or read-only member could send one Boards.update with $set values for sort, members, permission, and title, make themselves the sole board administrator, expose a private board, and evict the legitimate owner; the last-admin deny rule inspected only $pull and did not block a wholesale $set of members. Version 9.89 requires sort to be the only modified field and rejects $set member arrays that remove the last active administrator. This issue is fixed in version 9.89.

Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • Divide the product into anonymous, normal, privileged, and administrative areas. Reduce the attack surface by carefully mapping roles with data and functionality. Use role-based access control (RBAC) [REF-229] to enforce the roles at the appropriate boundaries.
  • Note that this approach may not protect against horizontal authorization, i.e., it will not protect a user from attacking others with the same role.
Mitigation
Architecture and Design

Ensure that access control checks are performed related to the business logic. These checks may be different than the access control checks that are applied to more generic resources such as files, connections, processes, memory, and database records. For example, a database may restrict access for medical records to a specific database user, but each record might only be intended to be accessible to the patient and the patient's doctor [REF-7].

Mitigation MIT-4.4
Architecture and Design

Strategy: Libraries or Frameworks

  • Use a vetted library or framework that does not allow this weakness to occur or provides constructs that make this weakness easier to avoid.
  • For example, consider using authorization frameworks such as the JAAS Authorization Framework [REF-233] and the OWASP ESAPI Access Control feature [REF-45].
Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • For web applications, make sure that the access control mechanism is enforced correctly at the server side on every page. Users should not be able to access any unauthorized functionality or information by simply requesting direct access to that page.
  • One way to do this is to ensure that all pages containing sensitive information are not cached, and that all such pages restrict access to requests that are accompanied by an active and authenticated session token associated with a user who has the required permissions to access that page.
Mitigation
System Configuration Installation

Use the access control capabilities of your operating system and server environment and define your access control lists accordingly. Use a "default deny" policy when defining these ACLs.
