Title
Hono has an Arbitrary Key Read in Serve static Middleware (Cloudflare Workers Adapter)
Summary
Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to version 4.11.7, Serve static Middleware for the Cloudflare Workers adapter contains an information disclosure vulnerability that may allow attackers to read arbitrary keys from the Workers environment. Improper validation of user-controlled paths can result in unintended access to internal asset keys. Version 4.11.7 contains a patch for the issue.

Title
VB-Audio Matrix Drivers Local Privilege Escalation via Kernel Memory Exposure
Summary
VB-Audio Matrix and Matrix Coconut (versions ending in 1.0.2.2 and 2.0.2.2 and earlier, respectively), contain a local privilege escalation vulnerability in the VBMatrix VAIO virtual audio driver (vbmatrixvaio64*_win10.sys). The driver allocates a 128-byte non-paged pool buffer and, upon receiving IOCTL 0x222060, maps it into user space using an MDL and MmMapLockedPagesSpecifyCache. Because the allocation size is not page-aligned, the mapping exposes the entire 0x1000-byte kernel page containing the buffer plus adjacent non-paged pool allocations with read/write permissions. An unprivileged local attacker can open a device handle (using the required 0x800 attribute flag), invoke the IOCTL to obtain the mapping, and then read or modify live kernel objects and pointers present on that page. This enables bypass of KASLR, arbitrary kernel memory read/write within the exposed page, corruption of kernel objects, and escalation to SYSTEM.

Title
Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem Arbitrary Command Execution Vulnerability
Summary
A vulnerability in Cisco Smart Software Manager On-Prem (SSM On-Prem) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system of an affected SSM On-Prem host. This vulnerability is due to the unintentional exposure of an internal service. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted request to the API of the exposed service. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute commands on the underlying operating system with root-level privileges.

Title
Nesquena Hermes WebUI Environment Variable Credential Leakage via Profile Switch
Summary
nesquena hermes-webui contains an environment variable leakage vulnerability where profile switching does not clear environment variables from the previously active profile before loading the next profile. Attackers or users can exploit additive dotenv reload behavior to access provider API keys and other sensitive secrets from one profile context in another profile, breaking expected security isolation between profiles.

Title
Dark Reader gives users the ability to request style sheets from local web servers
Summary
Dark Reader is an accessibility browser extension that makes web pages colors dark. The dynamic dark mode feature of the extension works by analyzing the colors of web pages found in CSS style sheet files. In order to analyze cross-origin style sheets (stored on websites different from the original web page), Dark Reader requests such files via a background worker, ensuring the request is performed with no credentials and that the content type of the response is a CSS file. Prior to Dark Reader 4.9.117, this style content was assigned to an HTML Style Element in order to parse and loop through style declarations, and also stored in page's Session Storage for performance gains. This could allow a website author to request a style sheet from a locally running web server, for example by having a link pointing to `http[:]//localhost[:]8080/style[.]css`. The brute force of the host name, port and file name would be unlikely due to performance impact, that would cause the browser tab to hang shortly, but it could be possible to request a style sheet if the full URL was known in advance. As per December 18, 2025 there is no known exploit of the issue. The problem has been fixed in version 4.9.117 on December 3, 2025. The style sheets are now parsed using modern Constructed Style Sheets API and the contents of cross-origin style sheets is no longer stored in page's Session Storage. Version 4.9.118 (December 8, 2025) restricts cross-origin requests to localhost aliases, IP addresses, hosts with ports and non-HTTPS resources. The absolute majority of users have received an update 4.1.117 or 4.9.118 automatically within a week. However users must ensure their automatic updates are not blocked and they are using the latest version of the extension by going to chrome://extensions or about:addons pages in browser settings. Users utilizing manual builds must upgrade to version 4.9.118 and above. Developers using `darkreader` NPM package for their own websites are likely not affected, but must ensure the function passed to `setFetchMethod()` for performing cross-origin requests works within the intended scope. Developers using custom forks of earlier versions of Dark Reader to build other extensions or integrating into their apps or browsers must ensure they perform cross-origin requests safely and the responses are not accessible outside of the app or extension.

Title
Agno session state overwrites between different sessions/users
Summary
Agno is a multi-agent framework, runtime and control plane. From 2.0.0 to before 2.2.2, under high concurrency, when session_state is passed to Agent or Team during run or arun calls, a race condition can occur, causing a session_state to be assigned and persisted to the incorrect session. This may result in user data from one session being exposed to another user. This has been patched in version 2.2.2.

Title
n8n Unsafe Buffer Allocation Allows In-Process Memory Disclosure in Task Runner
Summary
n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. From version 1.65.0 to before 1.114.3, the use of Buffer.allocUnsafe() and Buffer.allocUnsafeSlow() in the task runner allowed untrusted code to allocate uninitialized memory. Such uninitialized buffers could contain residual data from within the same Node.js process (for example, data from prior requests, tasks, secrets, or tokens), resulting in potential information disclosure. This issue has been patched in version 1.114.3.
