Title
FreeRDP RDPEAR NDR ref-id aliasing causes client-side UAF/double-free and type confusion
Summary
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.26.0, FreeRDP's RDPEAR NDR parser accepts one non-null NDR pointer ref-id for multiple logical pointer fields without tracking the pointed object's expected NDR type or ownership. When the same ref-id is reused across two pointer fields, the parser assigns the same heap object to both output fields. The generic destructor later walks each field independently and destroys/frees both pointers. This causes a malicious-server-triggerable heap use-after-free / double-free in the FreeRDP client's RDPEAR authentication-redirection path. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.26.0.

When the same ref-id is reused across two pointer fields, the parser assigns the same heap object to both output fields. Title
PoDoFo: Double-free vulnerability in compute_hash_to_sign()
Summary
PoDoFo is a C++17 PDF manipulation library. From 1.0.0 to before 1.0.4, a double-free vulnerability exists in compute_hash_to_sign() in src/podofo/private/OpenSSLInternal_Ripped.cpp. If EVP_DigestFinal fails after buf has already been freed, the Error label frees buf a second time, causing heap corruption. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.4.

llama.cpp b1886–b7445 Double Free via llama-android.cpp
Summary
llama.cpp builds b1886 through b7445 contain a double free vulnerability in the LLaMA-Android JNI wrapper where new_1batch() allocates memory using malloc() while free_1batch() deallocates it using the C++ delete operator, causing heap metadata corruption. Attackers can trigger this memory management mismatch to cause denial of service through process crashes or potentially achieve arbitrary code execution depending on allocator state.

Title
Double-free When Checking OCSP Stapled Response
Summary
Issue summary: A malicious server can exploit TLS OCSP stapling by delivering
a crafted response through the status_request extension, triggering a
double-free in the client's certificate verification path.
Impact summary: Successful exploitation allows an attacker to corrupt heap
memory via a double-free, potentially leading to a Denial of Service or
possibly an attacker controlled code execution or other undefined behavior.
If OCSP stapling is enabled and the TLS client connects to a malicious server,
a crafted OCSP stapled response can trigger a double free in the TLS client
when the stapled response is checked.
The OCSP stapling is not enabled by default. Reliable code execution
through a double-free is technically complex and highly environment-dependent
but the Denial of Service impact is straightforward to achieve, warranting
Moderate severity.
No FIPS modules are affected by this issue as the affected code is outside
the OpenSSL FIPS module boundary.

Mitigation
Architecture and Design
Choose a language that provides automatic memory management.
Mitigation
Implementation
Ensure that each allocation is freed only once. After freeing a chunk, set the pointer to NULL to ensure the pointer cannot be freed again. In complicated error conditions, be sure that clean-up routines respect the state of allocation properly. If the language is object oriented, ensure that object destructors delete each chunk of memory only once.
Mitigation
Implementation
Use a static analysis tool to find double free instances.
