Title
Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved: A BGP peer causes an rpd crash if a malformed MCAST-TREE NLRI is received and readvertised
Summary
An Improper Validation of Consistency within Input vulnerability in the routing protocol daemon (rpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows a network-adjacent configured BGP peer to cause a denial of service by sending a specifically malformed BGP MCAST-TREE update and this NLRI is then attempted to be readvertised.

Title
TLS 1.3 client ticket store crashed by NewSessionTicket with empty early_data extension in ssl
Summary
Improper Validation of Consistency within Input vulnerability in Erlang OTP ssl (tls_handshake_1_3, ssl_handshake and tls_client_ticket_store modules) allows a malicious TLS 1.3 server to cause a denial of service of the ssl application on the client node. The TLS 1.3 client decodes the extensions of a NewSessionTicket message as if they came from EncryptedExtensions. It therefore accepts a 0-length early_data extension, a form that is only valid in ClientHello and EncryptedExtensions. With {session_tickets, auto}, the client stores the ticket in the node-global tls_client_ticket_store. On the next automatic resumption, tls_handshake_1_3:get_max_early_data/1 crashes the store with a case_clause. Repeated crashes can exceed the restart intensity of the ssl supervisors, which use the rest_for_one strategy, and take down ssl for all connections on the node. This issue affects OTP from OTP 23.3 before OTP 27.3.4.19, OTP 28.5.0.8, and OTP 29.1.2, corresponding to ssl from 10.3 before 11.2.12.14, 11.6.0.7, and 11.7.8.

Title
CVAT: Denial of service with regards to automatic annotation
Summary
CVAT is an open source interactive video and image annotation tool for computer vision. From 2.17.0 until 2.72.0, a user with write access to a CVAT job can submit a batch automatic annotation request to RequestViewSet.create with inconsistent task and job IDs, and because the task ID determines the single active request slot, block automatic annotation for another task whose ID is known. This issue is fixed in version 2.72.0.

CVE-2026-56744 (GCVE-0-2026-56744)

Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-09-24 16:56 – Updated: 2026-09-28 17:17

Title
`@bsv/wallet-toolbox` / `-client` / `-mobile` don't verify storage-supplied recipient output scripts against caller-requested outputs in createAction (can redirect payments when using remote storage)
Summary
`@bsv/wallet-toolbox` provides BRC-100 wallet signing and storage components, while `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-client` and `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-mobile` provide client-focused distributions for standard and mobile applications using wallet storage services. A vulnerability in these packages causes transactions created through a remote `StorageClient` to trust output locking scripts returned by the storage provider without verifying that they match the outputs requested by the caller. A malicious or compromised storage provider can substitute a recipient script or inject an additional output, causing the wallet to sign and broadcast a transaction that redirects funds while the application and user interface continue to display the intended recipient. Source and npm publication history indicate that stable versions `@bsv/wallet-toolbox` and `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-client` from 1.1.47 through 2.3.3, and `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-mobile` from its initial 1.3.21 release through 2.3.3, are affected. All three packages are patched in version 2.4.0. Applications unable to upgrade should avoid remote `StorageClient` providers, use local storage, or independently verify every transaction output’s locking script and value against the original request before signing

"value": "`@bsv/wallet-toolbox` provides BRC-100 wallet signing and storage components, while `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-client`\u00a0and `@bsv/wallet-toolbox-mobile`\u00a0provide client-focused distributions for standard and mobile applications using wallet storage services. Applications unable to upgrade should avoid remote `StorageClient` providers, use local storage, or independently verify every transaction output\u2019s locking script and value against the original request before signing"

CVE-2026-18238 (GCVE-0-2026-18238)

Title
OOBR in rpcap client in libpcap before 1.10.7
Summary
The rpcap client code that processes a RPCAP_MSG_PACKET message received from the server incorrectly validates its headers. A malicious server can send a crafted message and cause the client to treat up to 20 bytes of the client process memory beyond the end of the buffer as if it was a part of the captured packet.

Title
Keycloak-services: keycloak-services: oidc redirect_uri fragment bypass in http parameter pollution check
Summary
A flaw was found in the keycloak-services component of Keycloak, which handles OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication flows. The issue occurs because the security check designed to prevent HTTP parameter pollution only inspects the query portion of a redirect URL and ignores the fragment portion. When a client is configured with a wildcard redirect URI, an attacker can use this to inject duplicate security parameters into the login response. If a client application is not configured correctly, it might trust the attacker's injected data instead of the real security information from Keycloak, leading to session fixation or account confusion.

The issue occurs because the security check designed to prevent HTTP parameter pollution only inspects the query portion of a redirect URL and ignores the fragment portion. When a client is configured with a wildcard redirect URI, an attacker can use this to inject duplicate security parameters into the login response. If a client application is not configured correctly, it might trust the attacker\u0027s injected data instead of the real security information from Keycloak, leading to session fixation or account confusion."

Mitigation MIT-5
Implementation

Strategy: Input Validation

  • Assume all input is malicious. Use an "accept known good" input validation strategy, i.e., use a list of acceptable inputs that strictly conform to specifications. Reject any input that does not strictly conform to specifications, or transform it into something that does.
  • When performing input validation, consider all potentially relevant properties, including length, type of input, the full range of acceptable values, missing or extra inputs, syntax, consistency across related fields, and conformance to business rules. As an example of business rule logic, "boat" may be syntactically valid because it only contains alphanumeric characters, but it is not valid if the input is only expected to contain colors such as "red" or "blue."
  • Do not rely exclusively on looking for malicious or malformed inputs. This is likely to miss at least one undesirable input, especially if the code's environment changes. This can give attackers enough room to bypass the intended validation. However, denylists can be useful for detecting potential attacks or determining which inputs are so malformed that they should be rejected outright.
