Vulnerability from variot - Updated: 2025-04-20 23:36Honeywell NVR devices allow remote attackers to create a user account in the admin group by leveraging access to a guest account to obtain a session ID, and then sending that session ID in a userManager.addUser request to the /RPC2 URI. The attacker can login to the device with that new user account to fully control the device. Honeywell NVR Devices have vulnerabilities related to authorization, permissions, and access control.Information is obtained, information is altered, and service operation is disrupted (DoS) There is a possibility of being put into a state. Honeywell NVRdevices is a network video recorder device from Honeywell. There is a security hole in the Honeywell NVR device
