Moxa OnCell Central Manager可以通过Web访问私有IP网络设备。 Moxa OnCell Central Manager的MessageBrokerServlet在接受命令前未能验证用户身份，在实现上存在安全漏洞，攻击者利用此漏洞可执行各种非法操作，控制受影响设备等。
