Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Grants product of Oracle PeopleSoft (component: Grants). The supported version that is affected is 9.2. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Grants.
