    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-10-23 06:00 – Updated: 2026-10-23 10:46
    VLAI
    Title
LiteSpeed Cache < 7.9.2 - Subscriber+ Pinned Administrative Notice Dismissal
    Summary
The LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin before 7.9.2 does not perform a capability check on its admin-notice dismissal handler, and the nonce it relies on is not bound to the specific notice being dismissed, so on sites in certain configurations a low-privileged authenticated user (Subscriber) can dismiss administrative notices the LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin before 7.9.2 marks as non-dismissible, including a warning that sensitive files may be publicly accessible.

    Title
LiteSpeed Cache < 7.9.2 - Unauthenticated Stored XSS via Font Display Optimization
    Summary
The LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin before 7.9.2 does not limit one of its HTML optimization routines to stylesheet content, so it can delete the markup that closes an attribute in the rendered page, and combined with unescaped comment author output this allows unauthenticated users whose comments are published to inject event-handler attributes that run JavaScript in the browser of any visitor, including a logged-in administrator, viewing front-end pages while the optimization is enabled.

    CVE-2021-24964 (GCVE-0-2021-24964)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2022-01-03 12:49 – Updated: 2025-05-22 18:39
    VLAI
    Title
LiteSpeed Cache < 4.4.4 - IP Check Bypass to Unauthenticated Stored XSS
    Summary
The LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin before 4.4.4 does not properly verify that requests are coming from QUIC.cloud servers, allowing attackers to make requests to certain endpoints by using a specific X-Forwarded-For header value. In addition, one of the endpoint could be used to set CSS code if a setting is enabled, which will then be output in some pages without being sanitised and escaped. Combining those two issues, an unauthenticated attacker could put Cross-Site Scripting payloads in pages visited by users.

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-10-23 06:00 – Updated: 2026-10-23 10:46

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2022-01-03 12:49 – Updated: 2025-05-22 18:39
    VLAI
