    CVE-2026-41005 (GCVE-0-2026-41005)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2026-06-11 20:03 – Updated: 2026-06-13 03:55

    Title
UAA accepts SAML Encrypted Assertions authentication bypass
    Summary
Cloud Foundry UAA incorrectly treated XML encryption to the Service Provider (confidentiality) as a substitute for XML signatures from the Identity Provider (authenticity) in two SAML flows: the OAuth 2.0 SAML2 bearer grant (token endpoint) and browser SSO (ACS) when wantAssertionSigned is set to false. Assertions or responses that were unsigned but contained encrypted content could still be accepted. Encryption uses the SP's public key from published metadata, therefore, any party, not only a trusted IdP, can produce ciphertext UAA can decrypt; successful decryption therefore does not prove the IdP issued the message. Affected versions: Cloud Foundry UAA (uaa_release) 2.0.0 through 78.13.0. Cloud Foundry CF Deployment all versions through 56.1.0.

    Title
Cloud Controller is vulnerable to denial of service via YAML parsing
    Summary

    Title
Gorouter is vulnerable to DoS attack via invalid HTTP responses
    Summary
Cloud Foundry Routing (Gorouter) versions prior to 0.206.0 allow a malicious developer with "cf push" access to cause denial-of-service to the CF cluster by pushing an app that returns specially crafted HTTP responses that crash the Gorouters.

    Title
Cloud Controller may allow developers to claim sensitive routes
    Summary
Cloud Foundry CAPI (Cloud Controller), versions prior to 1.97.0, when used in a deployment where an app domain is also the system domain (which is true in the default CF Deployment manifest), were vulnerable to developers maliciously or accidentally claiming certain sensitive routes, potentially resulting in the developer's app handling some requests that were expected to go to certain system components.

    CVE-2020-5416 (GCVE-0-2020-5416)

    Vulnerability from nvd – Published: 2020-08-21 21:50 – Updated: 2024-09-16 16:53
    VLAI
    Title
CF clusters with NGINX in front of them may be vulnerable to DoS
    Summary
Cloud Foundry Routing (Gorouter), versions prior to 0.204.0, when used in a deployment with NGINX reverse proxies in front of the Gorouters, is potentially vulnerable to denial-of-service attacks in which an unauthenticated malicious attacker can send specially-crafted HTTP requests that may cause the Gorouters to be dropped from the NGINX backend pool.
    CWE
    • CWE-404 - Improper Resource Shutdown or Release

    Title
Volume Services is vulnerable to an LDAP injection attack
    Summary
Cloud Foundry NFS Volume Service, 1.7.x versions prior to 1.7.11 and 2.x versions prior to 2.3.0, is vulnerable to LDAP injection. A remote authenticated malicious space developer can potentially inject LDAP filters via service instance creation, facilitating the malicious space developer to deny service or perform a dictionary attack.

    CVE-2026-41005 (GCVE-0-2026-41005)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2026-06-11 20:03 – Updated: 2026-06-13 03:55
    VLAI

    CWE
    • CWE-732 - Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource

    CVE-2020-5416 (GCVE-0-2020-5416)

    Vulnerability from cvelistv5 – Published: 2020-08-21 21:50 – Updated: 2024-09-16 16:53
