Title
HAX open-apis: Credential Theft via Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) in open-apis
Summary
HAX CMS helps manage microsite universe with PHP or NodeJs backends. Starting in version 9.0.1 and prior to version 26.0.0 of @haxtheweb/open-apis, multiple functions conduct substring-only matching to validate hostnames to which basic authorization should be sent. An attacker can append the matched substrings to an attacker-controlled endpoint and capture authentication. Version 26.0.0 fixes the issue.

Title
SillyTavern: SSRF in SearXNG Search Proxy via Unvalidated baseUrl
Summary
SillyTavern is a locally installed user interface that allows users to interact with text generation large language models, image generation engines, and text-to-speech voice models. Prior to 1.18.0, SillyTavern exposes /api/search/searxng, which accepts attacker-controlled baseUrl and uses it directly to build outbound server-side fetches. An authenticated low-privilege user can point baseUrl at an internal or loopback HTTP service and receive the /search response body. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.18.0.

Title
Mastodon: SSRF Bypass via IPv6 Unspecified Address (::)
Summary
Mastodon is a free, open-source social network server based on ActivityPub. Prior to 4.5.10, 4.4.17, and 4.3.23, the list of disallowed IP address ranges was lacking an IP address range that can be used to reach local IP addresses. An attacker can use an IP address in the affected range to make Mastodon perform HTTP requests against loopback interfaces, potentially allowing access to otherwise private resources and services. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.10, 4.4.17, and 4.3.23.

Title
Penpot: Authenticated SSRF in remote image import via create-file-media-object-from-url
Summary
Penpot is an open-source design tool for design and code collaboration. Prior to 2.15.0, Penpot's remote image import passed the user-controlled url from frontend/src/app/main/data/workspace/media.cljs into the backend RPC method :create-file-media-object-from-url in backend/src/app/rpc/commands/media.clj, where media/download-image in backend/src/app/media.clj used the shared HTTP client without destination filtering, allowing an authenticated file editor to reach internal-only endpoints. This issue is fixed in version 2.15.0.

Title
Coder vulnerable to unauthenticated SSRF via Azure Instance Identity Endpoint
Summary
Coder allows organizations to provision remote development environments via Terraform. Versions prior tp 2.24.5, 2.29.13, 2.30.8, 2.31.12, 2.32.2, and 2.33.3 are vulnerable to unauthenticated semi-blind Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the Azure instance identity endpoint (`POST /api/v2/workspaceagents/azure-instance-identity`). An external attacker can force the Coder server to issue HTTP GET requests to arbitrary internal or external hosts by submitting a crafted PKCS#7 signature. The server does not return the target's response body, but error messages in the API response reveal whether the target is reachable and what type of failure occurred. Versions 2.24.5, 2.29.13, 2.30.8, 2.31.12, 2.32.2, and 2.33.3 patch the issue. As a workaround, if the Azure identity-auth mechanism is not being used then restrict access to the corresponding endpoint (`/api/v2/workspaceagents/azure-instance-identity`) using ingress firewall and/or proxy ACLs.

Title
Budibase: SSRF Bypass via HTTP Redirect in REST Datasource Integration
Summary
Budibase is an open-source low-code platform. Prior to 3.38.1, the REST datasource integration (packages/server/src/integrations/rest.ts) follows HTTP redirects without re-checking the IP blacklist, allowing an authenticated Builder to access internal services (cloud metadata, databases) by redirecting through an attacker-controlled server. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.38.1.

Title
Statamic: Server-Side Request Forgery via Glide
Summary
Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.22 and 6.18.1, the Glide image proxy's URL validation could be bypassed using an IP representation that wasn't normalized before the public-IP check. An unauthenticated user could cause the server to make HTTP requests to internal addresses — including loopback, private network, and cloud metadata endpoints. This affects sites that pass user-supplied URLs to Glide. Sites running PHP 8.3 or newer are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.73.22 and 6.18.1.

Title
AVideo CVE-2026-43884 incomplete fix - `isSSRFSafeURL()` call sites still discard the `$resolvedIP` out-param at master HEAD post
Summary
WWBN AVideo is an open source video platform. In 29.0 and earlier, EpgParser.php, plugin/AI/receiveAsync.json.php, and other locations do not use the $resolvedIP out-param of isSSRFSafeURL() for DNS pinning via CURLOPT_RESOLVE, opening DNS-rebinding TOCTOU.

Title
mcp-security: Unvalidated URL Fetching (SSRF)
Summary
mcp-security provides Security and Authorization support for Model Context Protocol in Spring AI. Prior to 0.1.9, the mcp-security framework fails to implement the mandatory SSRF mitigations outlined in the Model Context Protocol (MCP) security specifications. Specifically, it processes untrusted URLs for OAuth-related discovery and metadata without verifying if the targets are malicious or internal to the network. This only affects installations with Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) enabled This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.9.

Title
Roxy-WI: SSRF in /smon/agent/<endpoint>/<server_ip> reachable to cloud metadata IPs
Summary
Roxy-WI is a web interface for managing Haproxy, Nginx, Apache and Keepalived servers. In versions 8.2.6.4 and prior, the /smon/agent/{version,uptime,status,checks}/<server_ip> family of routes takes the URL path component verbatim into requests.get(f'http://{server_ip}:{agent_port}/...'). The path component is constrained only by Flask's default URL converter, which permits any value (including IPv4 literals like 169.254.169.254, RFC1918 ranges, and 127.0.0.1). At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches.

CAPEC-664: Server Side Request Forgery

An adversary exploits improper input validation by submitting maliciously crafted input to a target application running on a server, with the goal of forcing the server to make a request either to itself, to web services running in the server’s internal network, or to external third parties. If successful, the adversary’s request will be made with the server’s privilege level, bypassing its authentication controls. This ultimately allows the adversary to access sensitive data, execute commands on the server’s network, and make external requests with the stolen identity of the server. Server Side Request Forgery attacks differ from Cross Site Request Forgery attacks in that they target the server itself, whereas CSRF attacks exploit an insecure user authentication mechanism to perform unauthorized actions on the user's behalf.
