CVE-2026-12103 (GCVE-0-2026-12103)

Title
Wallet for WooCommerce <= 1.6.4 - Missing Authorization to Authenticated (Subscriber+) User/Email Enumeration via terawallet_export_user_search AJAX Action
Summary
The Wallet for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.4. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to enumerate the login name, email address, and user ID of all WordPress accounts — including administrators — by submitting arbitrary search terms to the AJAX handler. The required 'search-user' nonce is localized into the wallet_param object on the standard WooCommerce My Account page, which is accessible to any authenticated user, making it trivially obtainable by a Subscriber.

Title
User Management <= 1.2 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Plugin Settings Modification
Summary
The User Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's export field configuration stored in the uiewp_export_field option, controlling which user fields such as password hashes are included in CSV exports and how columns are mapped during imports.

Title
Advanced Contact Form 7 <= 1.0.0 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Arbitrary Contact Form Submission Deletion via 'form_id' Parameter
Summary
The Advanced Contact Form 7 - Compact DB plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized deletion of data due to a missing capability check on the cf7cdb_ajax_delete_user() function in versions up to, and including, 1.0.0. The handler is registered against both `wp_ajax_cf7cdb_delete` and `wp_ajax_nopriv_cf7cdb_delete`, and it performs no nonce verification, no capability check, and no ownership check before invoking `$wpdb->delete()` against the `wp_cf7cdb_data` table with an attacker-supplied integer ID. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary contact form submission entries stored by the plugin by iterating sequential primary-key IDs.

Title
Simple Membership <= 4.7.5 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Arbitrary Member Account Deactivation via Forged Stripe 'charge.refunded' Webhook
Summary
The Simple Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.5. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to deactivate arbitrary member accounts by forging a charge.refunded webhook event containing a victim's subscription ID, setting the target member's account_state to 'inactive' and triggering cancellation hooks, transaction-record status changes, and cancellation notification emails. This vulnerability is exploitable only on installations where no Stripe webhook signing secret has been configured, which is the default out-of-the-box state; sites that have configured the stripe-webhook-signing-secret option are routed to the properly verified HMAC path and are not affected.

Title
Page and Post Restriction <= 1.4.1 - Unauthenticated Missing Authorization to Sensitive Information Exposure via REST API
Summary
The Page and Post Restriction plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in versions up to and including 1.4.0 via the WordPress core REST endpoints /wp-json/wp/v2/pages, /wp-json/wp/v2/pages/<id>, /wp-json/wp/v2/posts, and /wp-json/wp/v2/posts/<id>. This is due to the plugin's REST guards — papr_restrict_page_post_rest_api() and the the_posts filter registered by papr_filter_posts() — sourcing their restricted-ID list exclusively from papr_get_restricted_posts_id(), which only reads the per-page metabox options papr_allowed_redirect_for_pages and papr_allowed_redirect_for_posts and never consults the two global toggles papr_access_for_only_loggedin and papr_access_for_only_loggedin_posts that the plugin's own UI describes as 'Make all Pages Private' / 'Make all Posts Private'. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read the full rendered content of every published page and post on sites configured with the documented global toggles, bypassing the security boundary enforced on the frontend by papr_restrict_logged_in_users().

Title
Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder <= 1.9.0 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Arbitrary Form Entry Modification/Trash via process_bulk_action()
Summary
The Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the read/unread status of or permanently trash arbitrary form submission entries belonging to any form. The nonce issued by check_ajax_referer() does not function as an authorization barrier because the nonce action 'gutena_Forms' is emitted to unauthenticated visitors via wp_localize_script() on any public page that contains a Gutena Forms block, making it freely obtainable by anonymous attackers.

Title
Easy Appointments <= 3.12.27 - Missing Authorization to Authenticated (Author+) Bulk Appointment Manipulation
Summary
The Easy Appointments plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.12.27. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to cancel all upcoming appointments site-wide by marking every future appointment stored by the plugin as abandoned. The nonce required to authenticate the cancellation request is printed on the Appointments admin page, which is itself gated only by the edit_posts capability that Authors possess, making the nonce readily accessible to low-privileged users.

Title
KiviCare <= 4.4.0 - Missing Authorization to Unauthenticated Payment Bypass and Appointment Status Manipulation via /payment-success REST Endpoint
Summary
The KiviCare – Clinic & Patient Management System (EHR) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.0. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to mark arbitrary pending appointments as Confirmed and forge an associated completed payment record in wp_kc_payments_appointment_mappings using an attacker-supplied payment ID, bypassing payment entirely. This exploit is achievable on a default installation because the gateway resolution logic returns all registered gateways regardless of admin-enabled status, making the manual (KCPayLater) gateway always selectable.

Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • Divide the product into anonymous, normal, privileged, and administrative areas. Reduce the attack surface by carefully mapping roles with data and functionality. Use role-based access control (RBAC) [REF-229] to enforce the roles at the appropriate boundaries.
  • Note that this approach may not protect against horizontal authorization, i.e., it will not protect a user from attacking others with the same role.
Mitigation
Architecture and Design

Ensure that access control checks are performed related to the business logic. These checks may be different than the access control checks that are applied to more generic resources such as files, connections, processes, memory, and database records. For example, a database may restrict access for medical records to a specific database user, but each record might only be intended to be accessible to the patient and the patient's doctor [REF-7].

Mitigation MIT-4.4
Architecture and Design

Strategy: Libraries or Frameworks

  • Use a vetted library or framework that does not allow this weakness to occur or provides constructs that make this weakness easier to avoid.
  • For example, consider using authorization frameworks such as the JAAS Authorization Framework [REF-233] and the OWASP ESAPI Access Control feature [REF-45].
Mitigation
Architecture and Design
  • For web applications, make sure that the access control mechanism is enforced correctly at the server side on every page. Users should not be able to access any unauthorized functionality or information by simply requesting direct access to that page.
  • One way to do this is to ensure that all pages containing sensitive information are not cached, and that all such pages restrict access to requests that are accompanied by an active and authenticated session token associated with a user who has the required permissions to access that page.
Mitigation
System Configuration Installation

Use the access control capabilities of your operating system and server environment and define your access control lists accordingly. Use a "default deny" policy when defining these ACLs.

CAPEC-665: Exploitation of Thunderbolt Protection Flaws

An adversary leverages a firmware weakness within the Thunderbolt protocol, on a computing device to manipulate Thunderbolt controller firmware in order to exploit vulnerabilities in the implementation of authorization and verification schemes within Thunderbolt protection mechanisms. Upon gaining physical access to a target device, the adversary conducts high-level firmware manipulation of the victim Thunderbolt controller SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) flash, through the use of a SPI Programing device and an external Thunderbolt device, typically as the target device is booting up. If successful, this allows the adversary to modify memory, subvert authentication mechanisms, spoof identities and content, and extract data and memory from the target device. Currently 7 major vulnerabilities exist within Thunderbolt protocol with 9 attack vectors as noted in the Execution Flow.
