Details

A flaw was found in Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) llama-stack-operator. This vulnerability allows unauthorized access to Llama Stack services deployed in other namespaces via direct network requests, because no NetworkPolicy restricts access to the llama-stack service endpoint. As a result, a user in one namespace can access another user’s Llama Stack instance and potentially view or manipulate sensitive data.

Summary
vm2: Sandboxed code can read and write host-realm memory via Node's shared Buffer pool
Details

Summary

Sandboxed code is able to disclose host memory used by small allocations by Buffer.from, Buffer.concat.

Details

vm2 exposes Buffer object to sandboxed code by default. Small Buffer allocations (for example, Buffer.allocUnsafe(), Buffer.from(array), Buffer.from(string), and Buffer.concat()) use the same Buffer pool, which is shared with the sandbox. This allows sandboxed code to disclose host memory used by the functions listed above.

PoC

Tested against vm2@3.11.5 in the node REPL.

Buffer.from('host-memory-should-not-leak-to-sandbox')
new (require('vm2').VM)().run(`Buffer.from(Buffer.from([0]).buffer, 0, Buffer.from([0]).buffer.byteLength).toString('ascii')`)

Screenshot 2026-07-23 at 17 54 15

Impact

Since sandbox acquires an ArrayBuffer that is used by the host, it can disclose sensitive data going through functions mentioned above and even write to these buffers, which can lead to sensitive data exposure and potentially denial-of-service.

Details

The sandbox that isolates document conversion on a Kiteworks appliance did not fully confine the code running inside it. Code already executing within that sandbox could potentially escape its confinement and act with the privileges of the service account that runs the application, which could allow an attacker in that position to read or modify application data and configuration, or to disrupt the service on the affected appliance.

Details

An Improper Isolation or Compartmentalization vulnerability in the Packet Forwarding Engine (pfe) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on QFX5000 Series and EX Series allows an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS).

If a specific malformed LACP packet is received by a QFX5000 Series, or an EX4400, EX4100 or EX4650 Series device, an LACP flap will occur resulting in traffic loss. This issue affects Junos OS on QFX5000 Series, and on EX4400, EX4100 or EX4650 Series:

  • 20.4 versions from

20.4R3-S4

before 20.4R3-S8, * 21.2 versions from

21.2R3-S2

before 21.2R3-S6, * 21.4 versions from

21.4R2

before 21.4R3-S4,

  • 22.1 versions from

22.1R2

before 22.1R3-S3, * 22.2 versions before 22.2R3-S1, * 22.3 versions before 22.3R2-S2, 22.3R3, * 22.4 versions before 22.4R2-S1, 22.4R3.

Summary
Apache Syncope has an Improper Isolation or Compartmentalization vulnerability
Details

Improper Isolation or Compartmentalization vulnerability in Apache Syncope.

An administrator with adequate entitlements for Implementations can create a malicious Groovy class containing untrusted code reaching a non-sandboxed execution path via the class static initializer.

This issue affects Apache Syncope: 3.0 through 3.0.16, 4.0 through 4.0.5, 4.1.0.

Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.6 / 4.1.1, which fix this issue by forcing even the static initializer in Groovy code to run in a sandbox.

Mitigation
Architecture and Design

Break up privileges between different modules, objects, or entities. Minimize the interfaces between modules and require strong access control between them.

No CAPEC attack patterns related to this CWE.
