mptcp: never allow the PM to close a listener subflow
Currently, when deleting an endpoint the netlink PM treverses all the local MPTCP sockets, regardless of their status.
If an MPTCP listener socket is bound to the IP matching the delete endpoint, the listener TCP socket will be closed. That is unexpected, the PM should only affect data subflows.
Additionally, syzbot was able to trigger a NULL ptr dereference due to the above:

crypto: authencesn - reject too-short AAD (assoclen<8) to match ESP/ESN spec
authencesn assumes an ESP/ESN-formatted AAD. When assoclen is shorter than the minimum expected length, crypto_authenc_esn_decrypt() can advance past the end of the destination scatterlist and trigger a NULL pointer dereference in scatterwalk_map_and_copy(), leading to a kernel panic (DoS).
Add a minimum AAD length check to fail fast on invalid inputs.

For any pointers that could have been modified or provided from a function that can return NULL, check the pointer for NULL before use. When working with a multithreaded or otherwise asynchronous environment, ensure that proper locking APIs are used to lock before the check, and unlock when it has finished [REF-1484].
