<p>net: dsa: felix: fix possible NULL pointer dereference</p>
<p>As the possible failure of the allocation, kzalloc() may return NULL
pointer.
Therefore, it should be better to check the 'sgi' in order to prevent
the dereference of NULL pointer.</p></div>
